About Me
Welcome to my personal website!
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Applied Mathematics at Columbia University. My Ph.D. advisor is Professor Qiang Du.
My past research has been focused on the intersection of calculus of variations, partial differential equations, optimization, and high performance computing, with applications to pattern formation phenomena observed in many material, physical, and biological systems at the microscopic scale. I also have research experience in fractional derivatives and the associated stochastic processes. Moreover, I have recently developed an interest in machine learning and its applications to partial differential equations and traffic flow.
